Kristiana Tincheva is a legal adviser with a focus on PV development and Legal due diligence for Renewable energy projects in SEE region. As a lawyer specialising in property and energy law, she has experience with feasibility studies, project management, due diligence and corporate aspects of renewable energy projects implementation. Currently, she is working as a legal advisor, being responsible for the support of land acquisition, development, construction and commissioning of some of the largest solar projects in Bulgaria and EPC contract management.
Snezhanka Baldzhieva is an Attorney-at-law, specializing in the fields of contract, property and energy law. She is skilled in dispute resolution and litigation and is trained in arbitration. Snezhanka has been actively working in the field of renewable energy sources since 2020. Her experience includes corporate and regulatory advice; legal due diligence and assistance with the implementation of some of the largest renewable energy projects in Bulgaria. Currently, Snezhanka is a Ph.D. student in in Sofia University ‘St. Kliment Ohridski’, as well as а national Legal Expert at Spark Legal Network – EU-wide operating legal consultancy company. She is also actively dealing with the different PPA structures and their implementation on the bulgarian energy market.
Georgi Georgiev has been a practicing lawyer since 2018. Prior to that, he worked as a legal adviser in various legal fields – commercial law, insurance law, contract law and energy law. Since 2018, attorney Georgiev has been actively working in the field of energy, property law and litigation. Georgi is dealing also with the M&A of Renewable energy projects in SEE and Due diligence services for RTB or Green field energy projects.
Attorney-at-law Dimitar Petrov has six years of experience as a legal consultant on various projects in the field of renewable energy, alonsigde consulting on the acquisition of RTB Projects in SEE. He has been part of the teams consulting on the construction of some of the largest photovoltaic power plants in Bulgaria. Petrov specialises in identifying suitable sites for the implementation of such projects, and since 2021 he has been dealing with attracting and implementing funding for projects of up to 5 MW, as well as for larger plants. He is currently working on projects with a total capacity of over 500 MW in different areas of Bulgaria.
Attorney-at-law Borislav Simplichev has been actively advising investors in the field of renewable energy sources since 2020. He has in-depth knowledge and practical experience in property law and energy law. Borislav carries out analysis, whose objective is to identify and assess the potential risks associated with the renewable project as part of technical and legal Due diligence process for large investors and financial institutions. Borislav has extensive experience in the full-scope project development of Solar PV Projects in Bulgaria and SEE.
Eng. Plamen Petkov is a specialist at land surveying and cadastre. In 2017 he graduated with a master’s degree in the area of Geodesy and Geoinformatics at the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy. In 2019 acquired a cadastral services license and a “Chamber of engineers in the Investment design” license. He has an extensive knowledge and skills in the field of land surveying and cadastre, with special emphasis on the latest technologies for gathering and processing data acquired with the use of GNSS and UAV. Supports our work with services in the field of land surveying, cadastre and photogrammetry.
